Installation Instructions:

Do NOT clip rods onto end pieces prior to installation, this will make installation more difficult.  To remove rod from end pieces insert a small flat head screwdriver and pop clip up a little bit and the clip will release the ball.

1.    Bottom Bracket.  Open engine lid, (prop open with boom stick for the last time :))
2.    Remove drivers side pannel
3.      Remove the strut tower nut closest to center of the engine and radiator filler bracket.

4.      Place the large bracket in to position so it looks like this.

5.      Re-install nuts.

6.     Top bracket.  Do not take both bolts out at the same time.  Remove one bolt first put bracket into place and hand tighten bolt, and then remove the second bolt then you can snug both bolts.

7.    Prior to installing gas charged rod check to see fitment of engine lid.  If its rubbing loosen bolts and make adjustments.

8.    Snap in Gas Charged Prop Rod, make sure its installed with the fat end up , this ensures that the oil inside the rod is kept upside down and lubricating the rod.  ( yea yea mine is installed upside down in most of the pictures) It should look like this installed>>

9.    Your done!  Give the boom stick back to your mom! :)
